For whatever reason, it seems like the only controllers that you can use with the TurboGrafx-16 and the Atari Jaguar, are the ones that were made by NEC and Atari.

Were there any 3rd party controllers for either system?

I've found that alot of the Turbo pads that I've gotten my hands are, haven't exactly been in perfect condition. I'm thinking if I could get a 3rd party one, it might not have had as much use, and would be in better condition.

Same thing with the Jag. Obviously with the Jag, you had the size of the controller being a factor, but I've noticed that some of the Jag controllers don't seem to hold up very well over time either.

Also, what about these people that are selling so called, "brand new" controllers? Are they really brand new, and untouched? Who is still making brand new controllers for these old systems?

Or are we supposed to believe that somebody has a warehouse of old TurboGrafx-16 controllers that were never sold?

Goatstore sells custom Jag controllers. I've never seen any real 3rd party sticks.

TG16 does have a few options, there's one by Beeshu that's fairly common. Also theres an Asciiware stick listed in the DP guide I've nevr seen it before thou, and also the All-in-one (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3049558565&category=3592&rd=1) sticks out there that will work for the PCE, Probably several sticks around for the PCE. But with a simple little adapter from tzd.com you could use them on TG16.
