OK, here is a list of all the games I have been really wanting and have never played before. Unfortunately, I only have cash for one of them becuse I'm pretty strapped and will be for a few months. So, which one should I get? I like all types of games.
- Chrono Trigger (SNES)
- Sweet Home (NES)
- Uninvited (NES)
- Jaki Crush (SNES)
- Super Smash TV (SNES)

It depends if you like rpgs. I do like Chrono Trigger since it is a wonderful game, but if you dont go gaga about rpgs, then i recommend Super Smash TV. This is one of my top 10 games for SNES. I love it!

Chrono Trigger hands down. After that I'd say Smash TV.
BTW why don't you make a poll so its easier to keep track of the results. :)

lol, baloon fight and I had identical recomendations at exactly the same time.
I think everyone is going to recomend Chrono Trigger.

OK, I just grabbed Chrono Trigger off ebay. It was $29 for just the cart alone which is kinda steep but appears to be the going rate. Thanks everyone!

I'd say Uninvited. I can't recommend Chrono Trigger, due to the fact that I've only played it for five minutes.

Yep. I'm not entirely sure why it went unreleased here, but the massive amounts of gore probably had something to do with it.

The pic on top with the bloody bodies comes from SH, and you'll find the section on it a little further down the page. It's defiitely the goriest FC game I've ever seen.

Even though it was Japan-only I'd bet there's a translation crew out there hacking the ROM and putting in English text. I wonder if Bahamut Lagoon is done yet? I was psyched when they finished that pseudo-sequel to ChronoTrigger (ChronoCross v.3, one might say).
BTW ChronoTrigger is the one out of that list that you have to play.
If you have never played Deus Ex, Thief: The Dark Project, or System Shock 2 I would recommend those next.
