Got an emial saying
"Hi, nice to meet you. Let's make a deal? I will pay with paypal US$30 including the normal air transport to Brazil. If you agree i will put a bid and you finish this auction to me. I'm a serious bidder. Thank you!!!"
this is for a lot of 10 nes dust sleeves. I highly doubt he would pay $30 for them. What are his intentions?

Either he really wants the sleeves and with shipping that is close to the actual price or he'll bid and say that you tried to charge him more than what the auction ended for. Not really sure, it doesnt sound too much like a scam. Have you checked his feedback?

If you want to take a chance with this guy what I'd do is create a new auction for the dust sleeves with a $30 "Buy it Now" price and email him a link to it. If he wants it them he can buy them but at least now the transaction would be documented in case he tried to scam you or something. But what's to worry? Its only a few dust sleeves.

Don't use Paypal, as he probably has is using a fake credit card. That's how a $300 laptop got stolen from me.

Pay-pal would be fine if you make sure you send to a confirmed address with delivery confirmation. Then Pay-Pal can't take the money back from you.

Unfortunately Jon, you're wrong. If he's using a credit card through paypal, they can and will take it back, as I just found out 2 days ago.
It IS a blatant lie on paypal's part, but I had D.C. to a confirmed address, and sent out within 3 days. Still lost my money. "chargeback from ccredit card company, because he didn't like it, or it wasn't what he expected"
Now, THAT is a load of crap.

Sorry. Man that sucks.
I had it happen to me and they gave me my money back after I sent them the DC and other info.
I guess it depends on their mood , which is total BS.

It depends on how the buyer does what. He cancelled his original investigation, then went through his credit card company, I won't mention any other specifics so noone else knows "how to do it" :)

I would sell those sleeves to that guy. Theres more to win than to lose....
And for those who advised sending to a confirmed address...paypal DOESNT confirm international addresses (THAT SUCKS). I live in Mexico, have perfect ebay feedback, but still some sellers have refused to sell stuff to me because my address isnt confirmed. what a load of crap from paypal!!!
