But knowing my store we won't get any... holy crap what an easy job.

On thursday we were so dead we actually took 10 bottles of coke outta the fridge and set them up like bowling pins, then used whatever large objects we could to knock them down. Man, what a sweet job.

Yeah, there in stores now but aren't suppsed to be displayed until Tuesday 10/14. They can be sold whenever, though. I found ours last night during inventory. I'm also going to check and see if Toys R Us got a similar package like the Outlaw Golf discs last year.

I picked up two copies this morning. One I might play and one to keep for "collection purposes" I might pick up more in the future, since it seems my local BBV's like to keep them in the back room until someone asks. :evil:

I went to 3 stores, one store got 9 one for 7 and one got 4. And they were up at front at the counter in 2 of the stores in these red 4.99 display things. Druggie there asked me why i wanted the 4 he had, i just said they are trade fodda for some other games and stuff i collect. And that i bet there might be a few people in here that buy more than 2 and may ask if you have any more. And that they might be rare depending on if they are avaible in other places and what the print run on them was. he then told me "uh like wow ok i get it, yea blockbusters are not that common, like they put them up where nopeople live" I didn't understand what the hell he said and i nodded and ran away from him.

Yo, what's happening everybody? "Outlaw Volleyball Red Hot" is so awesome, I love"OVB Red Hot". I was so excited when I first came across these and bought two of them on 10/10/03, I sent an e-mail to Joe that same night to give him the heads up. :D

Make sure you ask them for it...an my BB, they insisted it wasn't it, checked the computer, and found they 17 copies in the new release closet (where they keep upcoming DVD's before they can be sold, I saw a box with 28 Days DVD's in it.) It was in one of those boxes.

What can I say, 90% of the blockbusters out there have their head up their ass when it comes to games. We got these in a few days ago, we still have 8 copies left.

On a side note, I watched 28 days later and was really unhappy that I decided to do so.

I finally got 2 copies tonight. The manager wasn't sure whether they had been released, and I literally had to beg him to check in the computer for the street date. After he saw that he could sell them, he tried to sell all of them to me. I also got the new Tips & Tricks there.

They are getting more than one for a couple of reasons.

1. No one knows how many copies there were released, and most likely there were not that many considering they were only released at Blockbuster.

2. Trade bait for later on.

3. Wanting to get the Christmas and Halloween ones to be cool. :)

Im going to BB soon, but i doubt they will have them because they never had the Christmas one. :angry:

Anyway, this game doesn't truly interest me. Sports are my least favored genre. Most of them just come off as monotonous to me. Even if you get to beat people up in this game, I think I'll pass.

I bought 5 copies last night, I also had to beg the manager to pull them out of the back. They only got 16 in. I wonder what the LEAST amount and the MOST amount shipped per store was... Maybe then we could do an average, and try to figure out the print run.

went on my way shopping this weekend, and i been to now 8 blockbuster stores, each had between 2-7 on the shelves, and i bought out the store. I would ask each store how many they got in, when they are expecting more, each said between 4-11 not getting any more.

Actually i had a handful of blockbuster gift cards, and i been looking for a reason to get rid of them.

2 toys-r-us i been to didn't know what i was talking about, no such game for them(or so they say) but one did get the idea and remembered outloaw golf and thanked me to telling him.

Earlier last week, I thought why Blockbuster? Then, I remembered that Viacom owns Simon & Schuster (the company that publishes Outlaw Volleyball) and Blockbuster.

I doubt it'll be sold at Toys R Us this time because I remember seeing a bunch of copies of TRU Outlaw Golf sitting there before they removed them in the spring. I'm just hoping someone will tell me when TRU has another buy 1, get 1 free on the budget software. I need to buy Easter Bunny's Big Day...

I picked up two copies at BB by me. They had about 7 or 8 more, do you think it would be worth getting the other copies. It seems that there is a good amount of them released..plus what stops them from making more if the others sell out.

Did anyone notice the menu is wrong? They are switched on the copy I opened and played last night. Will this help the overall value of this kind of thing? Not that it makes any difference, it's still a BB exclusive.

An uncorrected error will do nothing for the value of the game.

Only if the error is corrected or the error is one which would turn heads. Like the penis on the Little Mermaid VHS cover or the Tiger Woods 99 PSX South Park video. Even then its just a fad and the price will die down as EVERY copy has that error. Little Mermaid was reissued much later without the penis cover and still holds some value but not like it used to.

If the game is pulled and reissued corrected THEN you have something but only if one version is MUCH harder to find than the other. Lochjaw for the Atari 2600 for example.

We took the kids to Toys R Us tonight to take advange of the buy 2, get one free Gamecube sale. (one son took Wrestlemania XIX, the other took Super Mario Sunshine, I filled it out with Super monkeyball 3. Then with a 20% off coupon I also bought 007 nightfire - also used another 20% off coupon for the Tron DVD. Finally, I also bought Karnaaj Rally for the Gameboy Advance for $10).

Anyway, afterwards, I told my wife to stop at Blockbuster so I could pick up the Outlaw Volleyball. They stayed in the car while I went inside. I looked around for ten minutes and couldn't find it. When I was about to give up, my son ran in with a coupon for a free movie rental (and to watch the Yankee game). I picked out a DVD for my wife and went to the register and there were four copies of Outlaw Volleyball at the register. I took two and went home happy!

Does anyone have a clue on why it is difficult for some to locate copies, but seem to be coming out of the woodworks in other areas? I live in a small town in Oklahoma, and I don't see why they would be easy to get here, but not in other areas.

the game play is actually pretty good, if a little predictable at the lower level setting. I really enjoyed this game, Joe, it was 5 bucks very well spent!
Have you tried Starsky & Hutch yet? Perty darn fun game for under 20 bucks
