I'm working with some buds on an article, and we want to use NBA Live 2004 to run some simulations. To accompany the article we'd like some screenshots.

What we require are screenshots always involving a specific player though, so just lifting stuff from IGN.com wouldn't work.

Any suggestions besides using a digital camera? Is there anything out there available to the non-media types like us?

You would want a Tv-tuner card for your pc. They can be had for pretty cheap now. I wouldn't get one that is usb though. I have a Ati TV-wonder VE and it works great.

Same here, I have a TV Wonder card by ATI Technologies, which has been the most used tool on my PC outside of Kazaa and MAME. :)

If you use the TV card approach, make sure you use one with SVideo input. Your screen shots will likely be much better.
