Does this go against Ebay's rules? Buying info on something that you have no idea about. For example: You're a Canadian and you bid on the auction, and you win it, but the site the guy gives you ships their products solely to the US, or the site doesn't work... I'd like some clarification, please. :)

the way it works is as an advertisement program. If you get some 500-1000 to sign up for one of those sit and listen sales pitches, the X-Box is yours for 40 bucks....I haven't done this, but I know someone who has, and the probability of even getting 1 person to sign up for the crap offer is like one in a million...fortunately there are 300 million Americans so that give you 300 people right there.
