I've been a fan of North and South on the C64 for years, and the wife was asking for a console version of it. I looked into the guide for the NES version, and it's an R4 not worth much at all. So why is it that it's constantly going for $20+ on Ebay? Is it that popular? And on that note, is there another system it came out on?

It's no more than 10 bucks at Gamestop. I've seen it there on several occasions.

I had this game back on the PC, and hated it. Never did like it. Cute game, yes, but it's to arcaday and not realisitc at all. Must be the American History major in me. :D

The best Civil War games are SSI's old PC game No Greater Glory, Sierra's Civil War 2, and Sid Mier's Antiem and Gettysburg.

It's a nice easy to understand strategy game with some fun competitive arcade sections. Perfect multiplayer fodder :D
