Bruce!
PLEASE don't fall for the biggest SCAM on the face of the Atari Planet. Read it carefully, think about the titles... all of these "new games" have been available for quite some time on emulators... for ATARI 2600. Read it again, it will click what they're up to.
I'd also like to add that these guys are big time scammers. There's a really good chance, for example, that if you were to order an Atari 7800 game from them that you'd get what they call a "refurbished" cart. They've removed the original label and put a crummy 7800.com label in its place! I have proof. A deal that took over a year to close with them resulted in 5 such cartridges.
It's a SCAM. All of it.
There's extensive discussion on this over at the atariage forums, including words from the 7800.com guy(s) themselves...

Yeah Klax and Sentinel were available a few months ago from ResQsoft..
It's not the bugfix IM that gets me...its the selling Save Mary and Shooting Gallery as 7800 titles because the boards they use will only work in 7800 systems.

However afaik from talking to Lee K, he isn't making any more Sentinels or Klaxs... hence 7800.com would become the only maker of them after his stock is gone.
As for the two refurbished 2600 games... yes it's a bit rich but it's a halfway house because they could only get them to work effectively on 7800 boards. Which you can't use in 2600s. C'est la vie. Plus most people aren't gonna have the real thing to plug into a real 2600 anyhows :P
Not that I will probably be buying them anyways...

It's a SCAM. All of it.
I will let others debate the whole refurbishing thing...
But I'm not so sure I'd go so far as to call it a scam, because at least they explain the things you bring up on the page. "Caveat emptor"; read before you buy, and you'll know what you're getting at least.
On the other hand, that bit about the 2600 games looking better on the 7800. Um, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, or an outright lie, I admit.

It's a SCAM.
Walk a mile in my shoes, if you must, and learn it the hard way. Or just take my word for it. The results will be the same either way.

Ok Joe, in what way is it a scam? If you bothered to read the page they state quite clearly that it's a 2600 game that will only run on the 7800. Here's the blurb from their website:
Recently, we've developed a way to bring Save Mary! home to you utilizing a 7800 cartridge which operates on your 7800 ProSystem in 2600 mode
What part of that didn't you understand? It's a 2600 game true, but it will only run a 7800. If they labeled it as being for the 2600 people would get pissy when they realized that it would only work on the 7800. Of course you'd probably jump on them for that too...
As for the refurbished labels they also clearly state on their webiste:
Then the cartridges are reassembled and new exclusive Atari 7800.com full-color labels are placed on the cartridge, replacing old dirty labels which are common on used game cartridges.
What part of that didn't you understand? I don't know what the details of your deal with them was, if they promised you new carts then they should have given them to you, but if they were sending you refurbished carts then you got what they promised. If you didn't bother to read the website then it's not their fault.
Look, I know you have issues with Atari7800.com and their partners. I don't want to air out dirty laundry on a public message board, but waging a public smear campaign under the guise of something else is wrong and just plain low.
A scam is defined as "A fraudulent business scheme". I don't see how Atari7800.com fits this definition. So unless you have proof that they're purposely setting out to defraud people I suggest you take your words back and issue an apology.

I think what Joe means is that he was supposed to get certain released titles but got the refurbished ones instead.
Or Joe, if you mean the "new" titles, maybe you could explain? I've got to "find your shoes" before I can "walk a mile in them"...

as is them stating these games can only be played on a 2600. These are nothing more than 2600 games on 7800 pcbs.
I believe you mean them stating that they can only be played on a 7800 not a 2600, and since it uses a 7800 PCB it's true. As I understand it, this was the only way they could put Save Mary and Shooting Arcade onto a PCB. I'm sure if it could be done on a regular 2600 PCB someone like Hozer would have done it by now. Why does this upset you so much?
