No, the PAL one has grey in the background all the way to the bottom and a B in the lower left corner. The US has the white strip like the one in the auction.

he could probably even fly to the destination.......rent a car to deliver.....fly back home for the amount of money he ended up rippin the buyer for. i need to find me some copies of that game....jesus, maybe 2 nice copies. i could really use $1000 right now
