Gamecube Platinum?

The new limited edition Gamecube Platinum will be released in October. I'm wondering, do you guys think the value of this system will increase higher after one or two years? Do you think any future game collectors would be interested in this system?

Of course, you have to remember that "limited" is a very relative term.
