The November 2003 Tips & Tricks magazine.

Page 92 has a picture of DP Spokesmodel Janice holding up the box of Dragon's Lair trading cards (they captioned in "Check out my auction action") from the auction at this year's Classic Gaming Expo and on page 93, the game room of Christian Scott.

You can also see the backsides of John "CX2K" Hardie and yours truly as Nolan Bushnell signs John's Puppy Pong machine.

Always good to see our members "in print". :D

I just got the issue in the mail, pretty cool.

I signed up for the free year a few months back when the link was posted, and this month is the first issue of my new subscription.

Yeah, me too a little. It just wasn't a good direction for us, but that doesn't mean it's gone completely. Her galleries are still active and I think we'll be doing another one soon for the holiday season :)

They never went away, really. They just moved and aren't accessible from the front page.

Oh, no wonder.....thanks. You really should have a link somewhere on that bar to the left, even if you have to have it hidden. :D

Great, it reminds me to pick the issue up (I'm still not subscribed yet.)

heh heh, me and janice together...nahhh

i'm really honored, thanks so much. i've got to find a video game themed frame to put that page in, its going right up on the gameroom wall. the pictures used are something of a first i think, there have been many awesome gameroom shots in the past but my gameroom is pictured with real live people in it. the shots came from the last trademeet we had so i was hoping for a bit of cross promotion there for our beloved NECG. after all, what are video games without people to play them?

thanks joe!

November 2? Huh! Why wasn't I invited this time? Just joking. See all of you there... I haven't seen the magazine yet, but I wish there where pictures of Christian with his head inside his mini-cade. That still makes me laugh...

If you enjoyed those pictures, then please consider me for all of your photo-taking needs. I do weddings and gamerooms. And "candids"... say no more, say no more. ;)

Cool room Christian Scott! It gives everyone hope, since it says you amassed all of that from thrift stores and flea markets. Congrats!

I don't remember any free Tips N Tricks offer, but there was one for Game Informer, I believe. Is that what you're talking about?

Nope. I missed out on GI, I usually just buy it anyway it's cheap, plus with 10% off at GS, it pays for itself. But someone posted a free trial for TnT a while back, it may only be a 6 month deal, I can't remember now, but I just received my fiirst free issue, this past weekend!
