Outrun 2019 (Mega Drive) - boxed, $6 AUS.
Also, found a NES (console only) for $4 AUS. It had a label on it saying, I quote, "just plain stuffed". A non-working NES? My instincts told me that it just had the typical flicker/reset problem - and that I could fix it.
And my instincts were correct. Well, with a thorough cleaning of the entire unit (almost looks new), it works perfectly.
Can't believe it - a working NES for $4! :D

:D :D finally found a very minty colecovision yesterday. went thrifting and it was just sitting there in it's box. i inspected and to my surprise it was damn near perfect. so clean and neat. it even had the colecovision styrofoam , and even the warranty card with some other type of booklets about coleco. it also had the pack in donkey kong, and the coleco game switch. i didn't know that power adapter was so freaking huge. it almost doesn't want to stay in the wall. anyway, i am so thrilled that i finally found a colecovision. i have tried for awhile on ebay, and keep getting beat down. i almost wanna resell the thing b/c of the condition. i'll sit in next to the intellivision that i just got for $2.now hopefully i can win a big lot of games on ebay. good week already
and lastly, got it for a mere.........$10 @_@

Wing Commander 3: Heart of the Tiger for 3DO (sealed): $10.
Controls aside, this game takes the PC version, bends it over its knee and gleefully beats that pixelated bottom until it's red. Everything operates so smooth, looks great and sounds even better.

Not game related, but I found a bunch of old Hardy Boys-esque titles by the same publisher, I think they're 1960s reprints and in fantastic condition. Got a stack of other interesting books from a few series (Time's stylish science books, and some other things) for almost nothing. $14 for everything (there were thirteen books in all).

Chobits is a Shojou ("Girls Series") Anime about a futuristic time where people's PCs are humanoid android-ish devices. Well, the main character begs borrows and steals to get one, and the inevitable "hopeless and ueber shy falling in love" bit happens, so on and so forth.
