Ugh, yeah... I hadn't played a Cotton game, and then I see this one.. and I can play Import DC games....

The opening is hilarious. The graphics are beautiful. The music is kind of catchy. The control sucks major ass. Success should have gone with 2-D on RC, imo. Cotton has this damned annoying tendency to center herself on the screen, plus it's damned hard to hit anything because you have to make sure the sight stays on target, and the moment you let go of the stick, Cotton automatically centers herself - plus you can overcompensate and shoot right past the target. It's extremely frustrating. Not recomended.

I need to play more Cotton... this excluded. But if anyone has a video of the opening, that would be cool. :D

As stated, it's not the worst game, but the control just screws everything up unfortunately. Also the fact that Compile's not come out with a 'shooter' Cotton since then... at least not as far as I know. :(

It's not that bad really, but the megadrive version is much better. Still fun to play for a bit if you can get it cheap...

Well they did do Cotton 100% for the PSX after Rainbow Cotton. I think Harmful Park is probably one of my favorites.

Well, Twinbee is no great shakes, and Parodius requires that you have some affection for Gradius (which affection I'm not sure you possess). And I haven't ever played a Cotton game. But you don't even like Twinkle Star Sprites?
