I'm confused by this picture:

I thought the Mega Tech played Mega Drive/Genesis games, but there's no original Shinobi port for the system that I know of.

Hmm, they have the manual for the MT as well:

The Mega Tech's & Mega Play's are very similar the the Genesis/MD, but they do not use the same carts as Genesis/MD. Arrrrrr..however the Hell you spell his name has one

What is it? A variation of the System 16 tech? (Shinobi, Altered Beast?)

I know it plays Mega Drive games (they look like the Japanese carts if you look through the manual) but I'm wondering why I see what looks exactly like the original Shinobi on there. I know that's not the Master System game 'cause the sprite's too big.
Would really like to get this machine and especially that cart. o_O

Arrrhalomynn is how you spell it ;). Yeah, I have the system. They are regular Mega drive or master system games, but adapted to the mega tech. They are in the same casing as japanese mega drive games, but have an extra chip added. Probably with information about the game. You can play the game in the lower monitor, while there's information about the game(S) in the upper monitor.
3 shinobi games have been released for it. The original that had a master system release (so it really is that one, and not the arcade version) and Shadow Dancer and The Revenge of Shinobi.

Really? I can swear he looked too small. But you're right, I thought the detail in the BG looked low.
Thanks a million times over, I'll credit you when I put a blurb about the MT up (any other info you wanna give on the unit would be appreciated as well).
