All I have to say about it is that it's probably the best Music player/karoke/video player that has landed on xbox. I guarantee anyone who has an xbox will enjoy this game and believe me its worth it and I mean it. :D

I just want it so I can transfer MP3s directly from my PC to Xbox.

BUMP!
Has anyone else gotten this software package yet? I really want to know how well the ability to transfer MP3s from Your PC to your Xbox works!

I hear the Karaoke feature is bare-bones and not that cool... unlike Karaoke Revolution! Yeah!

I've been debating getting one or the other. It's cool that the Xbox version displays the lyrics on the screen and allows you to download 'proper' karaoke songs from your live account for 1.99/song. I read a couple of reviews, and they said that this was crappy karaoke, but that's exactly how karaoke has worked for decades. Karaoke revolution is just that, when you compare it to normal karaoke that the laserdisc ushered in. One thing I do wonder, does the music mixer rate your score?

Looks really cool. Too bad I don't have XP at home as it is required to transfer files. Bummer :(

I can't get the damn thing to transfer files from the PC. I've tried directly connecting it to the PC, and no luck. Anyone offer me some help, please?

I haven't tried the file transfer stuff , I don't have XP at home either. The Karaoke is as fluke says "proper karaoke". downloading more songs is cool but as I don't have XP I can't transfer them. You have the option to have them sent to you on CD but you still have to transfer them from the PC.
The Karaoke does a good job of filtering out vocals on actual music CD's. I serenaded my wife with a rousing rendition of "Whip It" the day I picked it up. It was frightening really.
Does Karaoke Revolution have the option to use your own songs? I thought it just had a fixed set of songs for the game.

And you would be correct in believing so. There's always this, though:

No scoring system, but more songs.

I had it. I couldn't get it to transfer files at all, tried for hours. tried wireless, tried direct connection with (both) cables and tried through my 2 lan ports on motherboard with no luck, i checked the forums and alot of people had the same problems. Some people recommended manually changing settings to connect then changing them back when you wanted to go on Live, I just took it back, i'll get it when the work things out.
