Some amazing idiocy here .. religion and games are 2 things that definitely do not mix. Especially since random occurrances in a game are so easily explained as 'magic' .. to these people, such 'magic' is inherently evil and ungodly. How kind.

I know, I've seen these people before. God bless 'em for trying to help parents sort through all the stuff there is out there these days, but they *seriously* need to lighten up.

There's a difference between playing a game like, say, Devil May Cry, and actually believing in occult stuff like that. It's just entertainment, after all, and playing it isn't going to affect your beliefs. Unless you're really messed up, and in that case you shouldn't be playing any games at all. :)

Ha, I meant to post that here sometime. I found this by way of www.jesusmuseum.com and couldn't believe how ignorant this kid was. I mean, I understand being devoted to your religion or whatever, but this person takes it to a fundamentalist extreme. I posted in their forums just to be an arse (something I NEVER make a point of doing, btw) a while back but they banned me a few days later when I talked about making Jesus' Pro Skater or something like that (all in terrible, terrible grammar). Religious beliefs and morals = fine. Religious bigotry and downright fundamentalist idiocy = fook'd up.
