I've seen a sign for Redd's furniture place, but where the hell is it? :?

My guess is that Redd shows up once every 2-4 weeks, pretty much randomly. The WHOLE TOWN will talk about it for 1-2 days in advance. They will also talk about Gracie, and any Tom Nook sale specials for about 1-2 days in advance.
