Are there any? The only requirement is that they have to be on cartridge (or whatever), so they can actually be played on the console.

A few come to mind: Solar Wars for NES (though I'm not sure where you go to buy the cartridge, I got mine via a trade), lots of stuff on the PSX courtesy of Yaraoke, Dreamcast games up the wazoo (one of my favorites being the Feet of Fury game), TurboDuo Implode and Meteor Blaster.

Oddly enough, that game makes me even more eager for CV Sky Jaguar.
