NES Power Glove in Display/Promotional Case

I posted this find under the main forum yesterday, but if you missed it, it's basically a 2 layer molded Power Glove carrying case. I've been told it was used by salesmen and also that Nintendo shipped them to professors who were teaching virtual reality. Is this thing really as rare as it sounds out to be??

Someone else (in another forum) said these things were sold regularly in stores as an add-on..

Also, what size is the glove? L or S?

There's not too much of a story... I bought it from a guy who was getting rid of a lot of video game stuff. He said that it was a salesman display case. I asked him where he got it, and he said that he bought it a while back from an estate sale. I should have asked him about the owner of the estate, but I didn't. Anyway, if you guys have any more questions, let me know.
