Damn it, I'd been using MAME.dk for all my mame rom needs.
What is Cesar?

Cesar is the "Catalogue of Arcade Emulation Software - the Absolute Reference" (http://caesar.logiqx.com/).
I suppose much of mame.dk's ROM documentation is still available at Mamefans, though. And emuchina/romshare is still up for now.
