Hi guys,

I went to Gamestop this afternoon and found R-Types and Vandal-Hearts for PS1 used and complete for $9.99 each. R-Types is pristine...

Hopefully, I'll be able to rise early tomorrow for a yard sale or two...

No 'in the wild' finds, but I've been taking advantage of the 'inside knowledge' gained compiling the Megadrive list and scored the following hard-to-find games (all PAL) for a total of around £18 via eBay:

Addams Family Values
Aero the Acrobat
Bodycount
Bonkers (Disney's)
F1 World Championship Edition
Havoc
Phantom 2040

as well as filling out a few gaps in my Master System library. For a total of £7 I got:
Captain Silver
Dynamite Duke
Dynamite Dux
Lion King

Not been browsing round as much I as used to. Only things of note would be finding Hyper Force for the Jaguar for £4.99 and finally finding somewhere local that sells Wonderswan games. :)

Not Great?? That sounds pretty great to me!! Atari stuff is very scarce around here especially with that many games.

Just a small find--N64 Quake II complete, box and manual for $5.00. I know a bit expensive but I have wanted this game on this system for a long time. Also Grim Fandango for the PC--$1.00. Wow, great game, to bad you can't remap the command keys, and no mouse support! :(

I ran across a TI with 30 games, speech synth, navarone(?) jukebox thing, some games that didn't look normal, took voice note, still need to check that out, passed it up.

Passed up an SMS with 35 boxed complete games for $75, got 4 of the games tho.

Saw a set of atari wireless controllers, but i was from a woman i didn't like, so i didn't go check it out as much as i should have. But i ave never seen them before(it's not the normal 2 kinds that i see everywhere.....anyone else have any pictures of any other kind besides those 2?)

I'm really happy with what I got:

SNES: Super Bomberman 2, Soul Blazer (a GEM if there ever was one), Mario Is Missing!, F-Zero

NES: Double Dragon II: The Revenge, Super Mario Bros. 2, Punch-Out!!

And just for fun, I snagged 4 packs of Super Mario Bros. 3-e cards.

Bubble Bobble 2 for the NES, loose cart : $14.99 at Gamestop (not including the 10% discount)

Good deal considering what this thing goes for on Ebay. However, I am shocked that they didn't even include a two player simultaneous mode.

Why did you buy 4 packs? You only need 2 to have all of the current cards...

Really? lol! So, every pack is identical and all I need is 1 from each series? D'oh! My mind has been spoiled by Magic: The Gathering; I thought the cards were collectables. Thanks for informing me. I'm glad that I've only opened one so far.

Well, the main reason that I bought them is that there was a mistake with the pricing, and I ended up paying much less than the going $5.

I got one of my best finds yet - 18 handheld games, including 7 Game & Watch games for $18!

G&W: Fire, DK Jr., Manhole, Parachute, Super MArio Bros., Egg, and Snoopy Tennis

Other games were mostly from Epoch and Tronic. Epoch-Man stands out as the best Pac-Man hand held that I've played, and Casio Car Racing was quite good for its time.

I also found some weird German game named "Time to Go Mental". It's by a company name Fidelity or Hegener & Glasser. Anyone know anything about this one?

Other finds this weekend include Pitfall! and River Raid for Colecovision, and Mechanized Attack for NES.
