Cheap Video Game Store?

I live in Winnebago, MN, and Store for Sale on main street
in my town. It has display cases, chelves and also two display
windows The store dimensions are 50 ft. by 50 ft. all owner
wants $20,000.00 whole works. It used to be Drug Store.
I thought if we chip in a little turn into a Video Game Store by rules.
We Be store own by collectors for collectors at heart.
By the way taxes in Winnebago are low.

fifty by fifty?!? That's a huge store just for video games. Heck, many arcade shops aren't that big. Maybe if you divided up the room like a mini malls, you could rent extra space out to help pay for property tax, building maintenance, and various utilities.
