Anyone know where I can find info on it? Balloon Fight mentioned it. I'd love to buy or contribute to it.

dunno if this is what you are looking for but http://www.eightbitonline.com/ has many old nes commercials under their media section.

'you're parents help you hook it up' :)

That site doesn't seem to work.

A friend refered me to commerical-archives.com. It too is no longer there.

Uhm, it's because it's commercial-archives.com, not commerical-archives.com (the correctly spelled link will bring you to ad-rag.com, the current site. Classic videogame ads are still available on the site, but you have to do a search and you have to be an adgrunt (a paying member of the site). Becoming an adgrunt is really affordable: it's through paypal and it costs $2 US for 30 days of access (you can pay for several months at once if you want, or just the 2 bucks).

Videos are in Quicktime format. Although they are embedded into the page, you might be able to download the ads to your desktop via Netscape's cache.

I saw it at CGE also, but you may not be going there since you are in Maryland. :) Its a pretty cool vid anyway so i recommend getting it.
