Today I went to a Gamestop at the mall checking if they had anything used for good prices. Nothing was there, but I did see a box of random memorabilia (sp?) and demo stuff. The guy at the counter saw me looking at it and he said I could take anything I wanted. The guy was really nice, so I put $5 down on FFX-2 incase he would of got in trouble.

This was all pretty cool considering I never heard of Gamestop actually saving stuff for people. (Usually it's thrown out and dumpster divers grab it)
After that, I was by another Gamestop in town and my dad who was with me asked them if they had any freebies. Well...

If all this wasn't enough. Someone today came into Gamestop trying to sell a Sega CD + Games. A girl working at the Gamestop bought it all for 7 bucks (all the boxes/manuals). I told them "Man, I would of loved to be here I would of bought it." A Gamestop Employee said "Oh I got a Sega CD in my car plus some games if you want it." SWEET! He just gave it to me saying how he had tons of stuff at home (he was a collector) and he didn't mind parting with a Sega CD.

The moral: Gamestop isn't bad or good. It's only a horrible place if horrible people work there. In my case, I have a great Gamestop town and I will now go back to shop more because of what they did.
PS: Also bought 2 copies of Final Fantasy Chronicles Complete for 19.99 each at a Hollywood Video. WEWT!
