what does the Tennokoe booster do? I realize it is a memory unit, but does it only work on certain games? I mean is it a "must have" for the CoreGrafx or not so much?

A Tennnokoe Booster is apparantly the way this guy calls a Tennokoe Bank Card. It's just a card for game saves. You won't need it unless you get a CD addon for the Core Graphics.
