Hello everyone.
I am organizing a swap meet in Ottawa on November 15th, details as follows:
Where
Overbrook Community Center
33 Quill St.
Ottawa
When: Saturday, November 15th 2003, 11am - 4pm
How Much: Its free! I am covering the facility rental, if we want to order pizza or something, we can all throw in.
What do I need? Bring anything you want to trade, sell, show off etc.
Whats the plan?]/b] I figure we can trade/buy/sell in ernest from 11-1 or something and then game the rest of the time away, tournaments etc, that type of thing.
This is wide open, its an event for [b]you so you decide what goes.
Do I have to be there? Yes! I hope to see friends from cgcc, DP, AA, ccjvq, rajvo, etc.
Kingston, Cornwall, Montreal, Ottawa, hope to see everybody there.
Toronto and area, you're welcome too, I can understand though if the drive is too much.
Our American friends are welcome as well, a fair piece for you folks to travel also, but it would be awesome to see some of you there.
This is an open invitation to everyone, hope to see you there.
This is what I need from you guys: Please let me know if you plan to attend, if you need tables (and how many) if you need power etc...
This is so that I can prepare name tags, and plan for layout etc...
Any comments, questions, concerns, lets get em out there.
