I bougt a Genesis/32X/CD system on ebay (my 8th system), went to hook it up and only the genesis/32x will work. Is the whole package supposed to have 4 power supplies?
I think I am just retarded and can't find the power switch for the CD, but i don't remember ever using one. Also, I thought the CD ran through the Genesis to the 32x to the tv...
Either way, the CD won't spin, any suggestions?

I would try it without the 32X in the Genesis.
And No there isn't a power switch for the CD.
The Genesis starts up the CD if there isn't a cart in the genesis.
So like I said, try taking off the 32X and just trying the Genesis with no cart and a CD in the Sega CD.

Take everything apart (gen/32x/cd) clean all the contacts and reassemble.
If that doesn't work then someone has plugged a Power Supply that wasn't a Sega-CD PSU and blown the fuse inside. The fuse is soldered in place near the power connector. This is almost always why a cd wont power up.. The seller knew of this before selling probably. There are 3 PSU's and they may be different depending on system 1-2.

I have tried the system without the 32X but it hasn't worked yet. The power supply dilema looks like it could be the culpret. Is there any way to easily replace the fuse?
Thanks guys
