WTB Playstation 2 for friend

I have a friend who is looking for a playstation 2 (i offered a nes, but i guess it's not flashy enough LOL ) She doesn't want to pay the high price at the stores, so I was wondering if anyone had or knew a place I could get one cheaper. Maybe ordering from somewhere online would be less? If anyone has one for sale, or knows a good website I should visit please reply. Thanks :)

theres a great seller on ebay, he usually sells game consoles and games for prices much lower than retail, and everything is new and shrinkwrapped.

(i think he sells a ps2 with controler, memory card, and any game you want for 190 US)....

i got my PS2 the summer after it came out with all cords, a controller, and a memory card for $150. thing is, it was probably stolen. :embarrassed:

I got 2 brand new from a guy outside of a pawn shop. $70.00 each. I'm guessing his Grandma gave them to him or something. ;)

Try the IGN boards... I just got one (2 weeks ago; arrived 3 days ago) that came with a controller and memory card for $125 shipped.

i'm contimplating selling mine, thing is......if i decide i want one later down the road. i would almost have to buy it new with all the crap i've heard about ps2........
