I just stopped working at GameStop (yes I quit) and I'll tell you that you have nothing to worry about. The interview process for me was a 10 mintue talk that was more of going over what I already wrote on the app. The job is fairly simple, even if your a keyholder. Also the discount is nice. So don't worry about it and good luck with getting the job.

How old are you? I noticed that the one near me pretty much hired only 18 years and older. But they take resumes form 16 year olds. Im sure mentioning taht you collect VIdeo games will help you out. I can't wait untill the day I can work there.

Well for starters you can forget everything that you've ever learned about videogames. Knowledge doesn't seem to be a prerequisite

I never actually worked there, but from working retail I can suggest:
I always told the prospective boss that I was willing to wash windows, take out garbage, etc. etc. etc. As most teenagers balk at doing such things, the manager was usually impressed that I was willing. Got me the job a couple of times, methinks.
