I was looking through my old gamepro and i saw an ad for the GxTV(the gaming tv that came out like 6 years ago wit hthe 2 flip-out speakers) and i almost crapped myself out of nostalgia. Does any know where i can find info on it or possibly buy one(i have no money for it now but i plan to get it as a novelty)?

does anyone even have one?

I've seen them on E-bay once in a while. Not a bad set, the speakers sound pretty good for what they are, but the screen is simply too small. One of my TRU's still uses it for demos and such.

Heh, my friend owns one of those. Too bad one of the speakers died :(

BTW, DJBeatMongrel, where did you get your Avatar from?

It looks like a puppet I saw in a music video once.

The only one I found. I never really seen one out until the end, so I guess this might be a good judge.

I made it myself, it's from the video "Flat Beat" by Mr Oizo. The puppet's name is Flat Eric.

And thanks for the help everyone.

At one of the Funco's that I've worked at, they've had one since they came out. Last year it finally started kicking the bucket when the speakers were going out and the metal case to hold the systems started to cave inwards so it couldn't be locked unless there was something to prop up the weight of the TV itself. AFAIK, it's still kicking, but they have it hooked up to some of the speaker/sub sets that we have. For all I know, it's been used every day, 10-9.
