I have several atari 2600's lying around but when I hook them up to my cable ready tv the picture is great but there is a great deal of noise that competes with the sounds of the game itself. I have tried several different game switches and nothing changes. Could my problem be the adaptor that I am using to connect the switch to the cable in line. Could something be dirty causing this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
