I could swear there was a company by that name in the early 1990's (perhaps around the Game Gear time?) I can only find one reference to it though.

No, I'm pretty sure there was both. But then again, I would have been like 9 at the time, but I was (well...my parents kept buying) into GG pretty heavily at the time, it's a shame I don't have any more of my original stuff still around... :(
