I'll look into this. Quite a few of the books are getting in very very late, and my shipping guy has been "batching" his deliveries up weekly which I'm not crazy about either. I'll be having a discussion with him tonight about this. With the listing on amazon.com we might need a new plan of attack.
In the meantime, can you email me, Chris? I want to check your email address against the delivery list to ensure your book has been sent. Thanks and sorry for the delay.
