Paid withing a few minutes (even paid the penny! :) ) Seller refuses to send it and wats to refund my money. Says he should've got more and he's losing money. I said too bad, then you shouldn't have started it at a penny. What do I do? Haven't heard from him since.

I'd report him to ebay. However, with the 15 menu's you have to go through, I have no idea how to do it.

Copy the email and send it to ebay, that is against the rules. If he doesnt comply he may get kicked off or at least warned.

I paid him right away on Oct 14. Still have not gotten them. Heard from him on Oct. 29. Said he was moving and that they had been shipped blah blah. Apparentely he ripped off another guy too, look at the feedback.
Where can i report him? I looked around on ebay and i dont' see where i can do this.

As always, I would give the seller one final chance to mail the package. I would tell him he has 7 days to get the DVD to you before you report him to eBay and leave negative feedback. The guy has 48 positive and 100% so I'm sure he wouldn't want his first negative.
Is it just that time of year, or are there more and more jerks on eBay every day? I've had problems with my last three auctions.

Hmm why the sellers like that dont use a reserve price? Does that cost any extra fees?? X_x
