Ok, here's one of my biggest eBay pet peeves!
This guy has several video game PCBs for sale. Here is one of the auctions:
Heavy Unit

Quote from auction: "We plugged it in, and as you can see from the screen shots, IT WORKS!"
Here's another one of his auctions:

And here is a quote from that auction: "I am unable to test this (I got it in a box of boards from a former business partner) This MAY work, but I don't know for sure."
If you look on KLOV, you'll see both games are JAMMA boards. So why would he be able to test the first but not the second? Three guesses, and my first two are, "the second board doesn't work."
