Nothing beats the buy 2 get 1 free section of Buy Back games. And on top of that, they dont even price based on rarity or popularity. Everything is $5. Today I got:
Mega Man 6
Ninja Gaiden III
Game Genie (Genesis)
all for $10, of course. Life is good!

Buy Back Games is a franchise. I thought that they were all over the place but I guess that I was wrong. I live in Denver, CO. Dont know if they are anywhere else.

I don't think there's any of those around here, Cincinnati. I wish there was, though! I'm gonna have to look for one.
