Anybody else read the Scorched Earth column, "Is That a Lightsaber in Your Pocket....or are you just happy to see me?", in the Computer Gaming World November Issue?
Robert Coffey is one sick F'er. He wrote his column about his experiences playing the Star Wars Galaxy MMORPG. He claims the game is boring so he spiced it up a little.
He chose to be a dancer as his character and then proceeded to give private exotic dances to the mostly male audience in the cantina.
He convinced them that he was IRL a 23 year old waitress who used to work at hooters. Guys on the game lined up for "her" to give them dances and type sexually suggestive things to them. "She" became rich in the game doing this.
Are we males really this pathetic and desperate?
D
Incidentally, I love reading his columns every month. I don't always agree, but they're always entertaining.
