I sold roughly 100 Nintendo Power magazines (from about issue 20-120) plus some minor extras for about $150. I was hoping for maybe $50 :)

The only one I can think of at the moment is the loose Legend of Zelda Game & Watch I had a few years ago, I think it went to someone in the Netherlands for $110+SH. It was in mint condition with most of the protecting plastic on the cover, but what gets me is that someone had a boxed, complete one with the plastic with a BIN of $60 or $70 at the time. When I saw my price rising, I started to think that I should just use that BIN and pocket the extra profit. LOL

Oh yeah -- about a year ago I bought a Japanese GameCube Keyboard from a EBay seller for $100. Did'nt use it as much as I thought I would, so I put it up on EBay. Would have been happy to get my money back, thrilled if I made $150. Some newbie at the last minute bid $300 for it! :eek 2:
And he paid, also! :)
I laughed all the way to the bank on that one. :D

I got two free DVDs in the mail one time from DigiDesign (sound equipment company). I put them on eBay and got $75 for them. I felt so bad I offered the guy free shipping.

Only a few come to mind all on eBay of course.
Saturn and one game for $60 more than I paid for it, plus shipping.
Saturn S video cables for $15 each plus shipping (cost $.99). Those days are over now but it was good while it lasted!
Steel Battalion for $100 more than I paid for it, plus shipping.
Selling NGPC titles for three times what I paid for them, plus shipping.
Selling "rare" Saturn games for three times what I paid for them, plus shipping.
Man... you gotta' love and hate eBay sometimes!

Not game related but...
I received an AOL Goo Goo Dolls picture disc packed in with a Maxim magazine.
I almost threw it in the trash, but I thought about eBay.
I started the auction at 99 cents and it ended at like 25 bucks or something.
At the time there was a buy it now out there that ended
at $75.00 but I would of felt bad with that kind of money.
I even felt bad about the 25 bucks LOL

I sell board games on eBay. And I've been STUNNED the amount some folks will pay for a board game - especially the Avalon Hill/Milton Bradley miltary sim games. Last couple of weeks, sold a Conquest of the Empire for $175 and a Rail Baron for $75. And don't even get me started on Dark Tower!
