I question if this person ever played the original SF1. That sounds exactly like it in every way-poorly animated, impossible to do moves, horrible lag, crummy sound effects, 2 buttons...

SF1 will suck no matter what platform its on.

@uber: you forgot a 1-10 rating.

I'm going to agree with you, though, in that the arcade original was just as shitty as the home version. I thought it was a pretty good port, truth be told. Also:

In the screen shots the game didn't look too bad, eh?

What screen shots?

Fairly informative, with some interesting info, but past knowledge of subject matter and grammar seems lacking. I'll give it a 6.

5.

Had some interesting information, but I had trouble getting over the grammar. Remember, if you're writing for people who play video games and have notoriously short attention spans, you don't want your opening sentence to have 45 words.

I should note that there were screen shots supplied with the review, but with our 320 x 240 standard, they were stretched beyond any kind of usable quality. You may find other similarly expanded but when my eyes say OUCH I leave them out.

Not bad, but very redundant with the control issue. Once is enough. There is some good info here though. 6.

Choppy as hell, hard to follow. 5/10 It could have been good, but it needs more focus and less drifting.

5 of 10

Too confusing for me to even begin with reading.

Yes, I did.

I give it 4/10 for being erroneous in its comparisons to the arcade version. Not particularly well written, either.

* HORRIBLE grammar throughout the review, starting with the run-on opening sentence.

* It's the TurboGrafx-16, not the "Turbo Grafx-16."

* The reviewer claims the TG-CD was a "Trojan horse." Uh, no.

1/10. This one hurt me real bad.

Tonight will be the last batch of "cuts".

If your review isn't locked at midnight tonight, you're entitled to the Digital Press subscription, and your review will be moved onto the main contest site.

Unfortunately, not every review will make it.

This one is getting cut. Low review scores from our judges and forum. Sorry! Thanks for playing though... there are lots more contests coming up :)
