3/10 (Not Good)

First thought that came to mind after reading this: spell-checked but not proof-read. Hate to be such a Grammar Nerd, but there were enough mistakes to the point of being a distraction. "It's [sic] pure 3D shooting action roots." "High lighted" rather than the word we know and love, "highlighted". "A [sic] awesome experience." You get the idea.

For the sake of reference, this series wasn't exclusive to the Saturn before this game; there's also the much-forgotten PC version (http://www.mobygames.com/game/sheet/p,3/gameId,2897/).

I did enjoy some of the details about the game and comparison with earlier releases the series, so it's not a total washout. There could definitely be more depth in these parts, though. For example, it's great to mention that you need to master the controls before big battles. So is it frustrating to master them, or is the game designed to gently teach you the facets of the game controls? In the end, it's the little things like this that add up and make this review one that I can't imagine going back to again.

What's "Star Fox"? What's Galaxy Force (which I've never played)? What's grammar? You can tell they like the game, and that they've played it, but really, it doesn't cohesively cover everything about the game, and it needs a LOT of editing. 4/10

What's "Star Fox"?

Wats a top loder?

Anyway, this one suffers from poor focus and an excess of errors. I love the game, but this review is too muddled to remind me why.

A 4 out of 10.

Poor excuse to write off the game itself.

3/10

The review was not very coherent, and the poor grammer didn't help much either. This was enough to be very distracting, and therefore, a poor review. If the author took a little time to edit and revise the review, it could be much more effective.

4.

There WAS a lot of info there, however. I've never played the game, but I feel like I could take that review and rework it into a 7 or 8.

This one is getting "cut". Low review scores from our judges and forum. Sorry! Thanks for playing though... there are lots more contests coming up :)
