Question on GBA Nintendo Seal of Quality. [Archive]

Take a look at these two auctions.

Notice how the Nintendo Seal of Quality is located in different locations? All of my GBA games have the seal in the lower left hand corner, except Advanced Wars 1 & 2, which is on the back of the box. I have never seen the seal on the lower right hand corner. Is that one pirated? Or is from a different region?

There are plenty of pirated GBA games on eBay from time to time. But that other auction looks like a picture someone could have saved from a gamestore website or something.

Maybe the art was just changed before the release?

Yea the first one is just a stock photo. And those could have anything on them.

I hate stock photos, because they dont show you the real game, just some cheezzzzy cut and paste crap.

I want to know how he tested the Golden Sun but its still sealed? That means thats not his picture. He thought he was clever showing the price tag, or maybe hes just an idiot?

Yeah, that's a good catch. Maybe he just slit the top of the plastic wrap open, though?
