You will be able to visit your plot just as long as you don't trespass on my property. Helicopter use is recomended.
Will he still be willing to mow my plot forever? LOL

Thats up there with one of the most ridiculos auctions ever. I kind of want to bid to see if he really ships it out. :P

If I were filthy rich, I'd actually buy a plot, then fly a helicopter to his yard, land in my plot, and put up some huge sign.
Maybe a big Nintendo logo or something like that. Let's see how much he likes that! LOL
Just remember though, it's only 4 square inches - a nice 2-inch by 2-inch square. You might have enough room for the sign, but you aren't going to be landing much of anything there.
What I'm really interested in is if he legally has to go through the hassle of splitting that 2-inch by 2-inch square out of his propery deed and associated documents, because legally the winning bidder will own that portion of land.

Really, what would be funny is when he decided to sell his home and the winner of this auction places a lein against the sale.

You drop down on a rope while the helicopter is hovering above, silly! :)
You know what would be interesting, though? Winning this auction, then contacting the seller with, "my lawyer will be contacting you to work out the details of this real estate transaction within the week." Or something along those lines. If he objects, you could just remind him that an eBay transaction is legally binding. :)
I bet it'd freak him out!
