I won an item on 10/31 and still haven't received any word about the payment arriving (Money order) or if the item was shipped or not. Emails to the seller haven't been replied too either even though I've asked him to contact me numerous times! Is there anything I can do? The auction in question is this:

Yeah, you should request contact information for the seller.

I don't remember exactly how to get to this, but you can go to eBay's help section and search for "contact seller" and it should come up. eBay will send you the seller's name and phone number in the e-mail, and you can call him and see if you can get this all straightened out.

It's a first step, anyway. It all depends, of course, on what the seller has to say.

It's too bad you didn't pay via paypal.

The guy has almost 5,000 feedback. My guess is, he is a big time seller, doesn't respond to e-mails, and ships out once a week. Sucks, but that would be my guess. I wouldn't give up on it just yet.

Dude has a bunch of negs just this week alone.

Do you suppose with that many feedbacks he decided to just throw the account away and stop shipping product?

Decided? For all we know the dude had a sudden accident. It's not always a conscious decision. It has only been a couple of weeks. Since the item isn't a critical need-it-now item I'd just be patient with it.

I got his contact info and I'm finding out what's going on. This is ridiclous.

Did you check to see if the money order has been cashed? We're talking about a couple of weeks here, not a couple of months. The impatience of people now is startling. I mean, it's one thing that you can usually expect your item in a couple of weeks, but to get this worked up if it's not there yet?

Kaine, you didn't answer my question in your other thread. Do you know how he sent it? Priority, parcel, media mail?

I paid for something around the 20th of October and just recieved it yesterday, going parcel post. I think things are starting to slow up for the holidays so hold your horses. If you're getting this bunched up so soon in your eBay "career" you're in for a long haul.

No clue how he sent it, doesn't say on the auction page and emails to him never get responded too.

How I check that?

Contact whoever you bought the money order from. They should be able to find out for you.
