Thank you babel:

this play concerns outside of Japan did not appear the English Pal version of finally Fantasy 3 for NES.ja, I white, actually, I have myself also surprised I was also rather sceptical, after I it from the fleeing market home brought, but I habs on my nes extensively tested and it functions perfectly! So far I approx. 4 hours played, who am play completely English without errors or fantasy 3 is so final practically the first the "correct" finally fantasy, which is held in the style of the successors, finally fantasy 1 and 2 is there by far habituation although the play is already 13 years old, had I personally one mixes fun with it stop the correct for genuine finally fantasy freaks; -)

That is awesome! I may take a swing at that. :)

To bad the worse thing about German is that they have their weirds every which way. Luckily i am fairly good at reading it.

Man that looks great. That's a pirate I wouln't mind having in my collection.

Edit: This is the seller with the Mega Man prototype. I think it was discussed on these boards a while ago.

yep, its me.
sorry,i thought that was clear from the beginning.
maybe the term pirate cart is a bit inappropriate, it looks more like a homebrewn pirate cart to me.
i mean, have you ever seen hong kong pirates using original nintendo cart housings? ;)

Yeah, it is a homebrew, but you have to apreciate the effort put into the label. It even has an "authentic" serial code. Paying more than $50 for it would be stupid, though.

Where did you get this at anyway ragtime? Wherever it was, does he/she have more? :)

I definatly want one of those. WHat are the chances of you geting more, and selling them to board members?

i got it from some kind of garage sale (i think garage sale is equivalent to the german flohmarkt, isnt it?) in bonn, germany.
i dont think the guy i got it from has more of these, after all i dont think he had a clue of what he was selling to me there anyway ;)
im afraid i wont be able to get you more of these.
but i can make photos of the pcb if you want,if its a homebrewn cart, you should be able to build one yourself once you see how its done, right?
portnoyd told me final fantasy 3 is impossible to build a cart from,(or atleast very difficult) can anyone explain this to me in detail?
from what i can see,its an original nintendo pcb with about 8 red wires,
an eprom, a chip soldered below the eprom(on the other side of the pcb)
and a battery with some resistors and stuff taped to the pcb.
doenst look that complicated actually ;)
i'll upload some pictures tomorrow.

wow, ?121, crazy!! XDDDD
i guess i should reconsider entering the bootleg-business :>
i'd have to be able to duplicate the cart first, however ~_~
gah whatever. ;)

I'm sure Earthbound/Mother carts, and FF2 have gone for more. Keep in mind this being a german eBay auction kept out 98% of the insane US collectors, and the even crazier US FF collectors.

I have seen a FF2 homebrew go for $500 once.

yeah, there seem to be very, very few nes collectors in germany.
we have much more snes collectors around,i've seen
secret of mana 2 going for EUR300 ~_=
i would have sold ff3 on ebay.com if i had an american credit card, that is...
but on the other hand americans dont seem to care much for pal.
