Funny thing is, I never see anyone over the age of 15 wearing this stuff at the malls around me. It's like the people who are 'representing' weren't even old enough to talk during the NES era. I guess it's all just a fashion thing. I wanna see a guy who got a nes in 86 at age 15 who is now in his thirties and balding wearing one of those baby T's. I'd laugh my ass off.

I'd agree, if it was a picture of Sheik from Zelda: The Ocarina of Time flipping out and killing stuff.

"Don't make me go Zelda on you" just seems a rather odd phrase, but I guess "go Link on you" doesn't have any ring to it.

...I'd rather save up for a Sega Ages title LOL

as much as i loathe Hot Topic... some of those shirts just plain kick ass. i especially like the zelda 'pure gold' and the 'know your mushrooms.' and who wouldn't want an NES controller belt buckle? damn... if only i had money

Ive been buying game shirts there for about two years (maybe more), I was the only person I knew with the Mario + Mushroom = Super Mario shirt for about a year.. now everywhere I look there is some little 13 year old with that shirt on. I think I have 12 of those shirts, but recently they have been getting weird, with some errors on them too. The zelda "pure gold" shirt for example, says Link to the Past on it, and its a NES cart...oh look, Im wearing that shirt now! :eek 2:

That's why I always feel like such a poser when I wear my atari 'Represent' tee.

I'm sorry but I don't like those shirts. They may seem cool but I mean they don't even really use any new artwork. I would rather have one that is unique and not a scan of a nes cart on it. It's like they put zero thought in them. That is just me though. :roll:
