The item being decribed sounds much more interesting that the import adapter in the picture.

Well, it's saying adapter, because you're not allowed to sell converters on eBay. So, without thinking he'll get in trouble, he put adapter.

Actually the seller has revised the description.
Earlier the description was for an NES Aladdin Deck Enhancer + Games.
