Nintendo 64: Shadowgate Rising

I had done some research on this game many years ago. Though many searches, all I was able to obtain (media wise) was the following box art picture:

Does anyone have any information on this unreleased N64 game? Any pictures or anything that I don't have? This is definately on my top ten list of unreleased games that I want to try.

Wow......I'm a huge Shadowgate fan and would also like to know more about this game. I really enjoyed Shadowgate 64 and wish that they would have released this sequel (didn't they have a number of sequels planned?), but I don't think Shadowgate 64 sold all that well. If anyone has any info on this game, I'm dying to know.

Yes, watch / listen to the podcast / video interview that is IndieSider #10: Shadowgate with Karl Roelofs of Zojoi. He mentions a moderate amount of info about Shadowgate Rising somewhere about the middle of the interview.
