I know, I'm really going out on a limb here. I finally cleared the HG Grand Prix, expecting the last sections of the Parts Regulation and Body Regulation areas to open, but they didn't. How do I make the last races available? Do I have to buy parts from that Phantom Rod shop, or get a certain car body, or what?
