Seriously. I played a demo on this months OXBM disc. The only thing that keeps this one just a hint above Superman is the graphical style (which still suffers from clipping....oh and that camera!!! ). The auto aim literally aims at buildings with no serious threat and it's infuriating trying to control the damned guy. This is a warning, a warning to the entire world! Guranteed bargain bin by next year....and don't get it then either.
If you need further proof, it garnerd a "2" from EGM.

Odd, that review makes it look sort of promising.

Well, I'll have to take your word on this one. I think you might be a bit harsh--after all, it seems to have a logical progression throughout the levels and a coherent narrative, unlike Superman 64.
Wait and see.

Another reason to practice outside shooting with the disc in the air. LOL

EGM gave it a scathing review... one guy gave it a .5 on a 10 pont systen... a POINT FIVE. I rarely see them go that low.
I like EGM... they tend to offer unbiased reviews, unlike some mags that are backed by game stores. Conflict of interest I say, kind of like when book reviews appear in Tips & Tricks.

You've got to be kidding me. I stay away from EGM solely FOR their scathing reviews. It seems to me that they can turn a minor problem into a reason to make a bunch of dick/ass/hobo jokes about a game, while telling me nothing of how it plays. Give me Play or GamesTM, somewhere I can see what the game is all about and not have juvenile humor penetrate the review unnecessarily. They will never be forgiven for their Deathrow (xbox) review, where their code guy gave it a 4.5, which is worth noting that this is the ONLY review he has ever done for them. James Mielke and Che Chou are the only beacons of sanity that ZD mags has left outside of freelancers.

To each his own... I've always loved EGM, but I don't like the new design (well, it's not so old anymore.) I do like Play as well... I've ordered a subscription. I honestly haven't noticed many reviews in EGM that differ from the general gaming community concensus. Now take Game Informer... decent mag on features, biased reviews. A lot of 7's on games that should be lower. Or Tips & Tricks when it reviews a gaming book... seems like the only "perfect" score went to DP's own guide, and no where in the article was it mentioned that the writer was associated with DP. Isn't T & T run by Larry Flynt? Anyway, any gaming magazine that is sponsored by a company that sells games (not just ad space) is naturally going to review games higher since they actually hope to SELL some games.
