Um, thats not the aladin cart is it, isnt the aladin cart black, not gold, that looks just like the regular micro machines cart...anyways, i could be wrong.

I can tell the seller is either beyond hopelessly clueless or he's taking advantage of potional clueless bidders. Aladdin cart is black (as you mentioned) and the Aladdinc cart requires Aladdin device before it can be plugged into the NES. Also the Aladdin device can't use non Aladdin cart as the connector's quite different.. Lastly, there's no way the Aladdin device can add 4 bits as it's only the CHR chip and the lockout chip while the Aladdin add on game has the PRG chip. No CPU at all.
